Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We process and dispatch orders either on the same day of purchase or the following business day, ensuring prompt fulfillment whenever possible.
For credit card payments, please note that Stripe may require up to 7 calendar days for payment processing. Once the transaction is fully cleared, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
Payments made via Zelle or Venmo are typically processed instantly; once funds are confirmed, orders are dispatched on the next business day.
Carriers & Rates
USPS Priority Mail — A flat-rate shipping service of $15 per order.
Typical USPS Priority transit time is 2–4 business days (carrier-estimated delivery window).
Package Insurance & Claims
If you have purchased package insurance and your order is reported as lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you may submit a claim through claims.route.com, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
For orders without insurance coverage, Krush Peptides is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit. However, we encourage you to contact our shipping department so we may review your case and determine whether any assistance can be provided. You may also reach out to a customer service representative for further guidance.
Guaranteed Delivery (What That Means)
If a package is deemed lost in transit (defined as no carrier tracking movement for a reasonable period or official carrier confirmation of loss), we will initiate a carrier investigation. Upon confirmation, a one-time replacement shipment may be issued at no additional cost.
If tracking indicates delivery but the package is not received, customers must notify us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in initiating a carrier trace. For security purposes, a signature confirmation may be required on any replacement shipment.
Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, refused or returned shipments, and delivery locations with a documented history of mail theft or delivery issues. In such cases, signature-required delivery or alternative arrangements may be necessary.
Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address. Signature confirmation may be requested prior to shipment for added delivery security.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your shipping label has been generated.
Please note that tracking status updates may be delayed until the carrier performs the initial scan. This is a normal occurrence and does not indicate an issue with your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for verifying all shipping details prior to order completion.
Address changes may only be accommodated prior to shipment and carrier handoff. Once an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier, rerouting or modification of the delivery address is no longer possible.
U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship to United States addresses only.
We do not support international shipping, package forwarding services, or reshipper addresses.
Any orders placed with non-U.S. shipping destinations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Important Shipping Notice
Krush Peptides processes and fulfills orders in a timely manner and ships via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, carrier congestion may result in extended delivery times. Once an order has been handed off to USPS, all transit times and delivery schedules are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to their operational conditions.

Refunds/Returns
All Sales Final / Research Use Only
All products offered on Krush Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or diagnostic purposes.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled, except where otherwise expressly stated within this policy.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and unaltered, provided the return request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Approved returns are eligible for a refund, less applicable shipping charges and a 10% processing fee, which reflects non-recoverable payment processing costs. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified to meet return eligibility requirements.
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are strictly ineligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted if requested prior to order fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact krush@krushpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photographs documenting the issue.
All claims will be reviewed, and if validated, a replacement or appropriate resolution may be provided at our discretion.
Failure to report any issues within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Policy Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, revise, or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for updates.
Your continued use of our website and/or purchase of products following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
